The Great Purge

Groceries in Brown Paper Bag

In an itchy moment of panic last night, I took three-quarters of my pantry and freezer over to my mom’s for safe-keeping. I didn’t think I could be trusted with all that frozen mac ‘n’ cheese, bread, and pasta. My food stores are depleted, but I feel cleansed. The frozen prepared foods are going to a family who needs help preparing meals, and many of the other goods are going to a church soup kitchen. It’s Day 2, and I feel a bit more energy. Not sure when the symptoms will abate more thoroughly, but this is a good start.
